Airtec Astra H Vxr 2.0T Stage 2 Front mount intercooler conversion upgrade kit. NOTE: This is the new and improved stage 2 version to replace with the old stage one kit with bigger end tanks and improved core designs.

1 x Huge 60mm core Intercooler with flowed cast end tanks, this means less welding and a stronger Intercooler. High quality 4/5ply silicon hose's with alloy joiners & stainless Jubilee clips. Powder coated standard intercooler support brackets.

Retains original fog lights without any modification. Fitting Instructions and all required fixings.

Available in Satin Black or Polished Alloy. Fitting will take 2-3 hours depending on mechanical skill.

Test Run 1 - Intake temperature 144 degree's (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 26 degree's outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler). Run 2 - Intake temperature 146 degree's (charge air temp going into intercooler) & 28 degree's outlet temperature (charge air temp coming out of intercooler).
