BOLT-ON 27X6 FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER+SQV BOV PIPING FOR 88-00 EG/EK/DB/DC/CRX. Lightweight Aluminum Bolt-On Front-Mount Intercooler: When the charged air enters the end tank, it travels through the tubes of an Intercooler, in which the heat is transferred via fins, where cooler ambient air passes over the tubes. This mechanism further removes heat from air before exiting the opposite end tank and routing to the engine. Lightweight Aluminum Bolt-On Front-Mount Intercooler Piping: Intercooler Pipes Help Route and direct the charged air to Blow off Valves and into the engine bay. Aluminum piping works a lot better than oem rubber/ plastic pipes as they do not deform under the pressure of the turbocharger.
