MTC Motorsport BMW E60-E64 535d 635d front mount intercooler. The intercooler will fit plug and play with the following vehicles. The intercoolers have been tried and tested and are on a few vehicles already with absolutely fantastic results. The temps compared to the standard intercooler are much lower. The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of between 115-118 degrees through 3 runs in the cold weather. At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temps were between 52-54 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were between 16-18 degrees on every single run! Massive core with flowed cast end tanks and 6 rows extra at the front to increase the surface area and keep those temps down! Weighs in at 11kg and provides near 100% more volume and 100% more surface area than the standard intercooler. Exactly the same dimensions as the Wagner intercooler. Competition core provides the best cooling properties.

Intercooler is powder coated in satin black with machined alloy ends left bare. Fitting will take 1-2 hours and is a direct swap over. Proven to handle over 500bhp as we use the same core with all our intercoolers. Pressure tested to 3 bar as with all intercoolers. The intercooler are in stock and ready to dispatch same day if ordered before 12 o'clock.
