The intercoolers we make using the same bar and plate core as we do in all our intercoolers with a slightly different end tank design to others out there and miles better fitment. The intercoolers have been professionally power coated in satin Black.

We also have them powder coated in light grey listed separately. The E92 335d made 365bhp with the intercooler on on a dyno dynamics rolling road which is great for one of these. The intercooler end tanks were designed on the computer for the best flow possible and cast in alloy, they also have the proper BMW fittings welded to the end tanks so will fit to the standard hoses no problems. We also sell the Intercooler with the updated boost hose, or the boost hose on its own.

The size of the core is 520mm x 200mm x 150mm and is stepped up at the front for maximum surface area which is nearly twice the standard one. The intercooler is plug and play and is ready to be fitted to the car with no cutting or modifying required. This can be fitted without taking the bumper off very easily. The intercooler will flow 500bhp and 42 psi no problems. Will fit the following models perfectly. The best on the market without a doubt, just without the price tag. There is some real rubbish on here with tube and fin ones that will be worse than the standard Intercooler on the car.
