Please note, this will not fit 330d and 325d models. The Intercooler listed separately on its own will do. The intercoolers we make using the same bar and plate core as we do in all our intercoolers with a slightly different end tank design to others out there and miles better fitment. The intercoolers have been professionally power coated in light grey. We also have them powder coated in satin black listed separately.

The E92 335d made 385bhp with the intercooler and DPF delete on on a dyno dynamics rolling road which is great for one of these. The intercooler end tanks were designed on the computer for the best flow possible and cast in alloy, they also have the proper BMW fittings welded to the end tanks so will fit to the standard hoses no problems. We also sell the Intercooler on its own and the boost hose on its own too. The boost hose on the 335d will fail on almost every vehicle at some point and will need replacing.

This is a very good replacement. The DPF on the 335d is prone to blocking up and can be very costly to replace. This pipe deletes the DPF which keeps all the original sensors in there but will fail emissions as any DPF will. The size of the core is 520mm x 200mm x 150mm and is stepped up at the front for maximum surface area which is nearly twice the standard one. The intercooler is plug and play and is ready to be fitted to the car with no cutting or modifying required. This can be fitted without taking the bumper off very easily. The intercooler will flow 500bhp and 42 psi no problems. Will fit the following models perfectly.

The best on the market without a doubt, just without the price tag. There is some real rubbish on here with tube and fin ones that will be worse than the standard Intercooler on the car.
