New Front Mount Intercooler Kit for Audi A4 1.8T Turbo B6 Quattro 2002-2006 RED
Fuel Supply & Treatment syste. Audi A4 B6 1.8T / 1.8T Quattro, all years all models. The intercooler is polished aluminum with a tube and fin design, the pipe work is polished aluminum. Tabs on bottom and top for easy installation.
Improved Tube and Fin to increase performance efficiency by 15% over the old bar and plate design. Intercooler core size: 450 x 230 x 50mm. Intercooler inlet size: 2 inch O/D. Intercooler outlet size: 2 inch O/D. Ultra low intercooler pressure drop: 0.5-1psi at 23psi (normal bar and plate intercooler is 2.8- 4 psi at 23 psi).
35 % weight reduction compaired to bar and plate type intercooler. ABS and air conditioning do no not need to be relocated or removed.
Only 10 KG in total weight for the full kit. Full installation kit is included in the price, including mounting brakets, silicone hoses, nuts, bolts, washers, pipework and intercooler. Everything in the picture is included. Aluminum Piping kit including: 3 Pipes, 5 Silicon Hose, 10 clamps.
