Front mount intercooler and pipe kit for the Astra VXR. Fitment: Vauxhall / Opel Astra mk5 2.0 VXR 2004 - 2010. Made from very high quality lightweight Aluminium. TIG welded and pressure tested to 140psi. Core size: 460mm x 155mm x 90mm. 2.5 Inch inlet / outlet. High quality 2.5 lightweight Aluminium pipe work. Pipes are finished with a rolled end, which helps provide a more secure fitment of the silicone joiners. Reinforced black silicone couplers / joiners. Includes all other items pictured above. This intercooler kit is designed for the specific model as stated above.

You will also need to drill the mounting holes in the intercooler brackets, this will allow for precision fitment/alignment. All items are brand new, in stock - in the UK.
